Habit Transformation Course

Make the habit personal to you, thus giving yourself options and ensuring you can find the best starting point.


Focus for 14 days

Aim for 6 days out of 7

Habit-based coaching is about MOMENTUM, not perfection, so give yourself some flexibility each week.


Weekly habit review

Conduct a weekly habit review, giving yourself a chance to reflect on the past week or so of doing the habit.


Weekly habit adjustment

Your chance to lengthen or reduce the habit you are working on slightly so you can keep going. This will help make small adjustments over time to help overcome the resistance of the mind and body to change, which you know is uncomfortable.
